- I can only request Digital Download files a maximum of 3 times per order after which you will need to repurchase.
- I fully understand that Digital Download files expire after 90 days.
- I fully understand that I will not receive any artwork and will receive a plain jewel case with basic text on your disc.
- I will not file a charge back with my credit card company and additionally you agree to pay a $35 fee if a charge back occurs.
- I agree that once the item is processed I am no longer entitled to a refund.
- I agree that if I enter an incorrect address prior to shipping that I am not entitled to a refund.
- I agree that if I send any items back without prior authorization that we will refuse the item and return to sender. Additionally I fully acknowledge I will not be entitled to a refund.
- I agree that we do not make any money off the media found on this site. Any money made is only paid toward paying for resources, packaging and website fees.

In order to keep the pricing fair you will receive your item in a jewel case without any artwork or labeling on the disc. You will receive a basic front cover of text.
All of our shipping is done via USPS and sent via Media Mail only unless a larger order is made which then would utilize Ground Advantage.
Q: What am I purchasing and receiving?
- You will receive either a Digital Download or a physical DVD-R or CD-R disc.
Q: Are DVD's or CD's OEM media?
- No, all of the media found on this site is not the original physical DVD or CD. You will receive a region free disc that will be copied to a DVD-R or CD-R.
Q: What is a DVD-R or CD-R disc?
- This is a burnable media disc in DVD or CD. This is not an OEM produced disc.
