All sales on this website are final due to the nature of the products being sold.

If your physical disc (DVD-R or CD-R) hasn't been processed yet then you are entitled to a full refund.  Once your item has entered into the processing status you are no longer entitled to any refunds and the sale is final.

If you purchased a Digital Download then the sale is final and no refund will be given.

Any compatibility issues with your DVD player is a fault of your equipment.  Replacement discs in a different brand can be created but shipping will be at the expense of you.

* Any faulty or defective discs that you purchased are eligible for replacement and must contact us within 3 days of receiving.
